She was raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia’s military town. Her father was a preacher and her mother was a singer.

Initially, Felicia started off singing in church, and by the age of 2, she had already been performing solo.

She co-wrote singer and songwriter Demi Lovato‘s single Nightingale. Her clients also include Seohyun and Lea Michele.

Felicia released her debut EP titled Lost Words in 2011.
